She is committed to continuing this important work and offers a wide range of consulting services.

Dr. Chatrath is currently serving her second term on the National Advisory Committee on Racial, Ethnic, and Other Populations of the U.S. Census Bureau and was recently selected to serve on the National Industry Liaison Group (NILG) Advisory Council. She is a member of the American Association for Access, Equity, and Diversity (AAAED) and has held leadership roles in the Consortium of Ivy League and Select Universities and North Carolina Diversity and Inclusion Partners. Dr. Chatrath also devotes time to supporting nonprofit and philanthropic organizations: she serves on the Board of Directors for the Suhanee Foundation and North Carolina Asian Americans Together, and is a former Board member for United Way of the Greater Triangle.
